Airbag storage

When the airbag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder inside and coated with talcum powder outside, and placed indoors in a dry, cool, and ventilated place. The airbag should be extended and placed flat, and should not be stacked, nor should heavy objects be piled on top of the airbag.

The storage area for airbags should be kept away from heat sources.

The airbag should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents.

Packaging and transportation of airbags

According to the shipbuilding industry standard CB/T 3795-1996 of the People's Republic of China, the packaging, transportation, and storage of marine airbags should comply with the following standards:

1. Packaging

Fold and bundle the packaging with plastic woven bags.

2. Transportation

When transporting airbags over short distances, methods such as lifting, lifting, and rolling with inflation should be adopted, and dragging on the ground is strictly prohibited.

During long-distance transportation, airbags should be folded and fixed onto pallets, with padding underneath and wrapped with wrapping film on the outside.
